I took her to get pictures taken in this costume, and she cried the whole time. We went Wednesday, when Ryan was on a field trip to try and surprise him, but she cried so much that we went back the next day with Ryan for moral support. Ryan or I would hold her, and she would smile, but as soon as we set her down and the camera-lady got in her face, it was bad news. We took the best picture in the dressing room, by ourselves...
Lela wore her pumpkin t-shirt from her Halloween box from her Grandma Matheny in the morning. Then she wore the pumpkin sweatshirt when we went out later for dinner. The waitress said she was the cutest pumpkin she ever saw -- and we think that's about right... =)
3. Halloween socks!
We had one trick-or-treater at our place before we went out to dinner, and we didn't take Lela anywhere to get candy for Ryan -- maybe next year...
